Congratulations to Mary Ransier, Deputy Director at MACECOM 9-1-1! Mary has been appointed as the WA Chapter of APCO-NENA President Elect. This fills the position that Karl Hatton left vacant when he was sworn in as President after Jean Nealy’s passing. This appointment will ensure that we have the position filled and Mary will cover the position until our next election. During the next election in June, Karl will continue as President to fulfill the term he was elected for, and the position of President Elect will be open for nominations. We are excited to have such a passionate and dedicated member of our Chapter step up into this position and believe that she will be exactly what our chapter needs this year.

The WA APCO-NENA Bylaws Committee has drafted a bylaws change.  Please review this draft that will be voted on at the Chapter Meeting on June 27th in Kennewick, WA.  Questions can be directed to the Bylaws Committee at bylaws@waapconena.org
