Director Tim Sullivan has over 25 years of management experience in health and human services for both non-profits and government. As Director, Tim is responsible for overseeing a network of seven regional 211 call centers that comprise Washington’s 211 system. Duties include program management, development, legislative advocacy, marketing and communications, strategic planning, board governance, operational oversight, and evaluation.
Kathryn Urwin has 20 years of experience in all aspects of non-profit work: staff member, Board member, and volunteer and am responsible for the creation and management of Washington 211s training and staff development strategy, network operating standards, quality assurance, AIRS compliance and certification, and statewide emergency operations staff training and implementation. I also support the development and execution of the WA211 training curriculum and contact center new hire training to achieve consistent call specialist and resource database service delivery practices across the system and am responsible for operational oversight of the WA211 Virtual Contact Center for emergency and contracted operations and participates in state and local emergency management planning and response
