Katrina Rahier is a 911 training program manager and professional public safety instructor. Combining her training program experiences with the WACJTC and WAEMD, over two decades working as a telecommunicator and ACTO at a high volume PSAP, collaboration with nationally recognized 911 professionals and her volunteer work with Empact Northwest, Katrina delivers training and positively impacts the careers of telecommunicators across the state and country.
