Critical Incident Response Teams in the Comm Center

Angee has been with Valley Communications since 1998 and have held a variety of roles including call receiver, dispatcher, CTO, supervisor, and in 2017, I was promoted to Operations Manager. I implemented CIRT in 2020 and oversee the team. The team, including myself, is trained in peer support and group and individual crisis intervention.
