Brian Terbush has worked at Washington Emergency Management Division (WA EMD) as the Earthquake/Volcano Program Coordinator for 6 years. Elyssa Tappero has been the Tsunami Program Coordinator at WA EMD for three years. Their roles within the Hazards and Outreach Program include providing subject matter expertise on earthquake, tsunami, and volcano hazards, mitigation, and preparedness to potentially impacted communities throughout the state, in the form of presentations, workshops, webinars, videos, exercises, staffing preparedness fairs, and more.
