The course will show how to create a Google Classroom, add rooms, links, and videos, to allow the general public and schools to utilize an online learning atmosphere for 9-1-1 information. Jennifer has 30 years of public safety dispatching experience in California and Washington. She has been dispatcher, trainer, public education representative, and is currently a supervisor for Port of Seattle. Melissa has worked for the State Patrol as a Dispatcher/Trainer for about 9 years in the Bellevue office as well as assisting at the Academy. I have 3 years of training and outreach experience at the Federal Bureau of Investigation in Seattle, where I trained the agents on how to interact with local law enforcement and how to use a radio/dispatch system. I also assisted with training for the hostage negotiation team while at the Bureau. Currently I handle the education and outreach to the public for King County as well as organizing regional training for the PSAPs.
