Aaron Moe is the Human Resources Manager at Thurston 9-1-1 Communications, where he has worked for the past year. He has been working in public sector Human Resources for over 20 years, primarily as a Recruiter and HR Business Partner. His education includes a Bachelors in Management, and a Masters of Business Administration. Cathy Jones-Gooding became the Deputy Director in November 2021. She has over 20 years of experience in the 911 industry. She most recently worked as the Deputy (WA) State E911 Coordinator and prior to that was the Communications Manager for the Town of Hilton Head Island Fire Rescue. Cathy started her public safety career in Colorado as a communications dispatcher/supervisor. Her education includes a Bachelors in Political Science and a Masters of Leadership and Ethics. She is a certified NENA ENP.
