Sergeant Christopher Littrell has 23 years of military/law enforcement experience. He has taught audiences for the past 22 years on technical job skills, employee wellness, substance abuse, threats of violence, and more. He is a PTSD/PTSI survivor, Police1.com columnist, and podcast host. He is married to his high school sweetheart and has four lovely daughters
