This session will look at the essential Principles of Adult Learning, as originally published by Malcolm Knowles.  Designing and facilitating all aspects of 911 Training with Adult Learning Principles in mind will set trainees up to be in the best position for success, and will help training programs be delivered in the most efficient and effective format., Presented by Jon Adams, SREC . I have been a Telecommunicator, CTO (Trainer), Supervisor and Training Manager in Spokane since 2009.  I have worked as the SREC Training Manager for the past three years, and I have a passion for not only training folks for our high-risk, high-stress industry, but also for making training as efficient and effective as possible.
