Conference refund deadline

September 15 is the deadline to receive any refund for conference registrations.  As an association, we have to keep our budget intact, and the venue requires us to confirm attendee counts before the event.  This means we must have a final head count; if we go below, our association pays the difference.  Thank you for your understanding.
