Trainer of the Year
This award, started in 2020, recognizes the Communications Training Officer (CTO), Field Training Officer (FTO), Communications Training Instructor, Career Development Coordinator, Manager, Supervisor, Training Specialist, etc., who has maintained work performance that exceeds what is normally required in a year. The nominee demonstrates exemplary performance, attitude, and skill set that is outside the standard requirements.
